Spa Etiquette

For the ultimate SPA experience, please read the following rules and recommendations.

- Book treatments and private SPA in advance.
- Before entering the spa, shower without a swimsuit and use soap.
- Please enter the jacuzzi only in a swimsuit.
- Enter the sauna without a swimsuit and use a towel or sheet.
- Do not use swimwear, oils or scrubs in the sauna.
- Sit or lie down in the sauna only on a sheet that covers your whole body.
- After your sauna session, relax in the relaxation area, snuggle up with a blanket and enjoy the tranquillity.
- Be sure to drink alcohol during sauna sessions.
- Do not eat or smoke in the SPA.
- Children from 12 years of age are allowed in the SPA.
- Leave jewellery, phones and valuables in the safe in the room.
- Respect the instructions of the staff, do not manipulate the settings of the equipment.
- Inform the staff of any medical restrictions before starting procedures.
- Visitors enter the SPA at their own risk.
- When you have finished relaxing, put the used textiles in the baskets provided.
